At Silver Star Labs, our dogs are part of our family. We live on 5.5 wooded acres in the Northern Kentucky countryside, surrounded by trees, a pond, and a creek where our dogs have plenty of room to explore, play, and simply be dogs.
Our home is shared with seven dogs and eight chickens. We’re an animal-loving household through and through. Our dogs live right alongside us — on our couches, in our beds, and at the center of our everyday lives. Even the fresh eggs from our chickens become a healthy treat for our dogs.
We raise our puppies with the same loving, natural, country lifestyle. From the very beginning, they receive plenty of attention, affection, fresh air, socialization, and room to grow. Our goal is to raise happy, healthy, well-loved Labrador puppies that are ready to become cherished members of their new families.

As a Certified Medical Assistant, nurturing care is in Julie’s nature— and that same nurturing spirit shines through with our puppies. She dedicates countless hours to loving, handling, and getting to know each puppy individually. Her level of care goes far beyond what’s expected, ensuring every puppy leaves Silver Star Labs healthy, well-socialized, and deeply loved.

A lifelong animal and nature lover, Keith helps keep everything at Silver Star Labs running smoothly. From daily feeding and cleaning to maintaining and improving our facilities, he works behind the scenes to make sure our puppies have a clean, safe, and comfortable place to grow. He’s always looking for ways to make their environment even better—because around here, creature comforts aren’t just for people.
